Access to and use of IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts (including any on-line courses, training material, internship, tutorials, mentorship, and live event offerings) within the US, and internationally is provided by Forsyth Inc. on the following Terms and Conditions.
By using the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following Terms and Conditions, please do not access, use and/or contribute to the Institute for the Spiritual Arts.
Use of the service
You agree to use the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts Program teachings, internship and certification only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service or any part of it for commercial purposes.
You must only use the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts.
We operate a ‘fair use’ policy to protect the quality of service to our users. If we believe you are using excessive bandwidth or your use of the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts is adversely affecting our network, members, community (or any part of it) or our other users we reserve the right to terminate, manage or regulate your usage of the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts. This may include temporarily suspending your user account.
Amendments
The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so you should check these Terms and Conditions regularly. Registration
In order to participate in and contribute to IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts courses and communities, you may be required to register with IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts as a Member. Any personal information supplied to IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts as part of this registration process and/or any other interaction with IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts will be collected, stored and used in accordance with IEL Institute’s Privacy Policy.
To register on this website you must be over sixteen years of age unless you have the explicit permission of your parent or guardian.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.
All user accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails can be sent to you. Accounts registered with someone else’s email address, or with temporary email addresses, may be closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their account if we believe they have been using an invalid email address.

If IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way.
If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting a community or annoying other users you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
Intellectual property
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts and all content (including all applications and materials) located on or available through the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts shall remain vested in IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts.

We cannot guarantee that the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts will be free from error or fault. If an error occurs with the IEL Institutefor the Spiritual Arts, you should report it to support@IEL-Institute.com and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
Your access to the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts as soon as we reasonably can.
The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts right to suspend or cancel your registration
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion, or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
You can cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing at support@IEL-Institute.com. If you do so, you must stop using your membership.
The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Membership shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.

ALL CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE IEL INSTITUTE FOR THE SPIRITUAL ARTS, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, NAMES, IMAGES, PICTURES, LOGOS, AND ICONS REGARDING OR RELATING TO THE IEL INSTITUTE, ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (OR TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES), IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE IEL INSTITUTE EXCLUDES ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES (WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY LAW), INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, SECURITY AND ACCURACY. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of Texas and the United States. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the State of Texas.
International Use
We make no promise that materials available on or through the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of Texas and the United States, and accessing the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts from locations outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Miscellaneous

Online course terms of use
These terms relate to the paid for on-line training services supplied to you through the theIELInstitutefortheSpiritualArts.com website, our General Terms & Conditions above shall apply save where they are inconsistent with these terms.
Prices and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase online course materials from us. The online course materials will be made available to you once your payment has been authorized and the course session has started. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make authorized payment for the online course materials. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the online course materials to you without giving any reason.
The fee for the online course materials is calculated and payable in advance of the course material delivery as set out on the IEL-Institute.com. The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts shall be under no obligation to provide the online course materials until the fee has been paid. All prices are expressed inclusive of any sales tax payable unless otherwise stated.
Your credit/debit card details are not handled by the IEL Institutefor the Spiritual Arts. All payment and all credit card handling is through the third party, First Data and Authorize.net. We do not store any credit card details. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Delivery
Upon making a purchase, online course materials shall be made available and the customer’s acceptance is acknowledgment of payment and successful enrollment in the course.
Customers will be required to create a membership with a username and password for logging into the site and accessing the course content.
New course content will be delivered immediately upon creation as per the topic outline. Users will have unlimited and unrestricted access to course material upon completion of payment.
Using the online course materials
Please read the description for the online course materials carefully before placing your order as refunds cannot be given (see Refund Policy).
The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts warrants that it has the right to provide the online course materials and will use all reasonable skill and care in making the online courses available to you and in ensuring its availability. Because of the nature of the internet, errors, and omissions do occur and the IEL Institute does not give any other warranties in respect of the online course materials. The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts is continually seeking to improve the online course materials. The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of any online courses provided that it does not materially reduce its content or functionality.
In the event that The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts withdraws or is permanently unable to deliver a particular online course, a partial refund will be given covering the portion of the course that remains undelivered.
Posting of content
Some online course and live event course materials allow you to post content to theIELInstitutefortheSpiritualArts.com website and social media partners, including asking questions about the course, requesting volunteers for internships, and taking part in discussion boards.
All content which you provide or upload to our website shall be subject to the relevant provisions of our General Terms & Conditions.

No commercial use
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all online course and live event materials are available for non-commercial use only. The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses that we consider are for commercial concerns. You may not re-sell or make available to any third party the online course and live event materials without the prior written consent of The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts.
Subject to paying the applicable fees, universities and other teaching organizations are permitted to deliver the online course and live event materials to their named students.
Liability
Those who sign up for the IEL Membership agree to hereby released from all liability and hold harmless Forsyth Inc., The IEL Institutefor the Spiritual Arts, any of its employees or teachers, or any third party claims representing or related to the online courses and live workshop events. This agreement is considered a full release from any and all liability for personal injuries (including emotional distress) property loss, financial responsibilities, or damage in connection with any activity or accommodation of the above mentioned business, material, or product. The information provided is not a replacement for medical advice and should be used for entertainment purposed only.
Interpretation

Refund Policy
Cancellation and refunds
Refunds for live events will be made, no questions asked, until 14 days prior to the event. Fifty percent of the tuition will be refunded 8-14 days prior to the live event. No refunds for live events will be made 7 days prior to the event.
The IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts cannot issue a refund for digitally accessed information. Monthly members are responsible for managing their subscriptions, as the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts has no access to the member’s subscription settings. If you need to request a refund for whatever reason please contact support@IEL-Institute.com. It is not possible to cancel or postpone a course purchased by free members, as digital materials for online course are delivered immediately.
Your access to the online course materials may be terminated if you are in breach of these terms and conditions, or if the breach is not remedied within the period of 14 days after written notice of the issue has been sent. If we reasonably believe your breach of these terms affects our lawful operation of the online courses, live events, or third party customers, we may suspend your membership to the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts and all access to the online courses at any time.
No refunds will be made apart from under the circumstances in items above.
